We do not collect sensitive personal information like payment card numbers directly — payments are handled via UPI, Razorpay, or bank transfer, and any card/payment details are processed by those platforms, not stored by us.

We use the information you provide only to:
- Respond to your inquiry and discuss your project
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Deliver the website/service you've hired us for
- Send you updates related to your project (progress, files, invoices)
- Contact you for payment-related communication (invoices, payment links, receipts)
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
03Sharing of Information
We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties, except:
- When required to complete a payment (e.g. your name/phone may be visible to Razorpay or your bank as part of processing a transaction)

Our website does not currently use analytics tools or tracking cookies to profile visitors. We may use essential cookies needed for the site to function. If we add analytics in the future (for example, to understand which pages are viewed most), any such data will be anonymized/aggregated and will not be used to personally identify you, and this page will be updated to say so.

Information you share with us is stored securely and only accessed by ShippedWebs for the purposes described above. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

- Delete your information, once your project is complete and there's no ongoing legal/financial requirement to retain it (e.g. invoices)
